02How are engagements structured?
Work is scoped as a fixed-duration strategy or operating-model engagement, or as monthly advisory support for a complex initiative. The scope makes the outcome, working cadence, client responsibilities, and boundaries explicit.
03Do you work with existing product leaders and teams?
Yes. Nevian is designed to add senior judgment and neutral structure without displacing the people who own the product. The goal is to strengthen decisions, alignment, and the team's ability to carry the work forward.
04Can the work remain confidential?
